Whether you are starting from scratch, have some old jewellery to remodel or remake into something perfect, or are simply repairing a favourite our Onsite Master Jeweller will ensure you end up with exactly what you want.

STEP 1

Conversation

The first stage in our Bespoke Custom Design offering is to book a one on one consultation to discuss and understand your dream piece.
Come and share your story, your inspiration, budget and help us discover your unique style. The best way to decide exactly what you want is to come into the shop armed with some images, or even drawings of your own.
Trust our expertise to guide you through every step of our custom journey, to ensure we capture and create your ultimate dream piece.

STEP 2

Stone Selection

We have an extensive collection of premium hand selected rare diamonds, and natural gemstones to choose from. Alternatively we can source any stone or material within your desired style and budget. Every loose stone from our premium collection has been specially selected for its optimum quality, cut and colour.

STEP 3

Our Passion for Design

With your input, Eric will create a sketch of exactly what you want. Once you're happy we will then turn this into a full CAD sketch with dimensions and all necessary requirements.
Once approved our Onsite Master Jeweller will start creating your dream piece… be it a ring, necklace, earrings or even brooch we can make it on site, just the way you desire.
Lastly, we ask you to review your final design, your stone selection, and present you with a final quotation outlining all the details including timeframes before proceeding into manufacturing.
 

STEP 4

Our Craftsmanship & Workmanship

Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by our highly qualified and extensive experienced master jewellers.
Great attention to detail is taken with each part of the manufacturing process, using ancient and modern techniques and equipment to create the strongest, and most beautiful handmade jewellery pieces in Australia.
Our hand crafted manufacturing process can take between 2 – 8 weeks depending on the complexity of your design.

STEP 5

From Our Hands to Yours

Creating heirloom jewellery is our absolute pleasure.
On completion you will be presented with your dream jewellery design, to take home and enjoy for a lifetime.
All our bespoke pieces come with a lifetime warranty subject to inspections every 6 months.
